Grape Cotton Candy-tini’s – 3 oz. of Sir Walter’s Red, 1oz Carnival, 1/2oz Grape Vodka top with Seltzer

Jello-O Shots – Oh yeah…you read that right! Just add the hot water to your favorite jell-o flavor and replace the cold water with a bottle of your favorite wine that goes with it! So fun!

Simply SangriaSimply Red combined with 3oz of Sparkling Peach Nectarine Juice and a shot Vodka, Social Still vodka of Course!

Cotton Candy Martini’s – 3 parts Carnival to 1 part Social Still Vodka…Delicious!

Summertime Sangria – 2 parts Vidal Blanc, 1 part Seyval Blanc, 1 part Passion, 1 part Stonewall Kitchen’s Pomegranate Cosmo Mixer (available at our retail locations, except Bethlehem) and a splash of spritzer!

Strawberry Coco Island Punch – Stonewall Kitchen’s Island Punch Mixed with Passion, Vidal Blanc with Coconut Infused Social Still Rum!

Potawba Cosmos – 3 parts of Catawba with a shot of Social Still Vodka added to Stonewall Kitchen’s Pomegranate Cosmo Mixer…available at the winery, Easton and Tannersville!

Blushing Pomegranate Spritzers – 3 parts Kiss with a splash of Crush and Sprite!

Raspberry Lemonade Sangria – 2 bottles of Vidal Blanc and 1 cup of Social Still Vodka with a can of frozen raspberry lemonade and garnish with fresh raspberries.

KissBerry Sangria – Equal parts Kiss and Salute and add some fresh fruit!

Orange Dream – 3 parts Katies Creek, 1 part Vanilla Vodka 2 parts Orange soda

Seyval Blossom – 1/4 St. Germaine 1/4 Social Still Gin. Fill with Seyval Blanc and add a splash of Passion…try a splash of Crush too!

Blackberry Mimosa’s – Just add equal parts Salute with OJ…Easy peezy!

Spicy Sangria – Our amazing Val in Easton came up with this Fantastic Sangria…1 Bottle Evanswood ,1/3 cup brand, 1/3 cup triple sec, 1 diced jalapeno , 1 teap. hot sauce, 1/2 cup sugar Add sliced lime, lemon, orange and all other ingredients, and finish off with any citrus flavored soda.

Arnold Pommers – Such a yummy twist on a classic…we infused Social Still Vodka with lemons and added it to Crush and added in Stonewall Kitchen’s Pomegranate Cosmo Mixer! Perfect for the summertime!

Jelly Bean CocktailsCarnival with Orange Liquer garnished with jelly beans

Peep-Tini’s – Infuse Peeps into Social Still Vodka for 3 days and add to Carnival and of course garnish with a Peep!

Apple Cider Sangria – 2 bottles of Katie’s Creek wine to 1 gallon of Apple Cider. Mix together with fresh apples and garnish with caramel on the rim of glass.

House Red Sangria – 2 bottles of Simply Red, 1 bottle Fiesta wine and a splash of Lemon Lime Seltzer. Add Blueberries, Strawberries and Blackberries.

Mandarin Mint White Sangria – 2 bottles of Vidal Blanc infused with lemon, lime and mint with 4 cups of Mandarin juice.

Blush Lemon Berry – 1 bottle Kiss, 1 bag of Blueberries, 1 container of frozen pink lemonade & 1 liter Lemon Lime soda

Vidal Blanc Key Lime Martinis3 part Vidal Blanc Wine to 1 part Key Lime Vodka and a splash of Lemon Seltzer 

Pomegranate Coconut Margaritas – 3 part Pomegrante Peach wine and 1 part Coconut tequila. Serve on the rocks.

Crushed Peach Sangria – 1/2 Simply Red wine and 1/2 Crush wine with fresh peaches added.

Katie’s Creek Mojito Sangria – 3 parts Katie’s Creek, 1 part Lemon Seltzer, splash of Mojito Mix and fresh citrus fruit

Chocolate Pomegranate Martini – 3 parts Crush wine, 1 park Chocolate Whipped Vodka and garnish with chocolate covered fruit!

Montezuma Margarita – 3 parts Seyval Blanc wine, 1 part Montezuma tequila and a splash of Triple Sec and Seltzer.

Pineapple Orange Sangria – We mixed our Seyval Blanc with Pineapple Orange Juice added in a shot, or 2 if you’re feeling crazy, of coconut rum gave it a shake and poured it over ice. This is the perfect summer sangria!

Chocolate Covered Cherry Martinis – First put some goat in your glass, Fainting Goat of course, we like it a little sweeter so we use 3 parts wine, but you can adjust to your taste, to one part chocolate vodka. Dip the rim of the glass in chocolate sauce and then in cocoa powder for a beautiful presentation!

Pomegranate Peach Bellini’s – Fill a beautiful champagne glass or a plastic cup, we’re not fancy, fill it 3/4’s full with your favorite sparkling white wine or champagne then fill the rest of the way with our Pomegranate Peach wine.

Mango Spritzers – All you have to do is grab a glass, grab some seltzer and add Desire…easy peazy mango squeezy. Not into Mango? No worries, use Passion for a Strawberry Spritzer, Pomegranate Peach for a Pomegranate Peach Spritzer…you get it. All of our fruity dessert wines make super delich spritzers.

Superbowl Sangria” – We’ll give you the big batch recipe for this one, being a Super Bowl sangria and all…A whole bottle of Fiesta with 5 oz. of Raspberry Pomegranate Vodka with some fresh cut fruit. This was a fan favorite when we served it in our Tannersville store.

Trio-tini – Did you know they make carmel vodka? We didn’t so when we found it we thought of our Trio immediately, added them together, a little more wine then vodka, and WOW, what a great combination!

Strawberry Passion Margaritas – What could be better than a margarita poolside in the summer surrounded by friends? A margarita with wine in it of course. We kicked it up a notch and added in some Passion wine to this traditional tequila beverage. Pour it over ice or toss it in a blender for a frozen treat! This is also one of those versatile cocktails that you can use any one of our sweet dessert wines in!

Coco Pom Daiquiri Pomegrante Peach wine meets Coconut Rum equals supreme yumminess! We like this one frozen so we just put 3 parts wine and 1 part rum in a blender add ice and Voila!

Catawbatini – This drink is as fun as it’s name! We added Cake flavored Vodka to our Catawba wine and it ends up…they were made for each other! When we featured these at the winery we made cake shots with them too! Put a little piece of white cake in a shot glass and poured the Catawbatini right in the glass and down the hatch! Super fun and YUMMY!

Redheaded Goat – Add equal parts Fainting Goat and Redhead to a splash of Vodka and there you have it…a Redheaded Goat!

Pomquila Sunrise – Trade in your Grenadine for our Pomegranate Peach and add a shot of tequila, fill up with OJ for a tasty twist on a Tequila Sunrise.

Carmel Apple Cocktail – Our Cider is amazing on it’s own. Add in a splash of Carmel Vodka and it’s a party!

Goat Floats – Ice Cream and Wine? Yes Please. Fill a blender up with Vanilla or Chocolate Ice Cream and a cup of Fainting Goat blend it up and taste the goodness. Goodbye RootBeer!

Passion Shortcake Shots – Taking dessert to the next level…again. Drench a piece of poundcake with Passion and top it with fresh strawberry’s. Why not give your guests some options and offer Desire drenched poundcake with fresh Mango, Bliss with fresh blueberries, Pomegranate Peach with Peach…the possibilities are endless!

Birthday Cake Martini’s – This cocktail comes as close as you can get to liquid Birthday Cake. Add 3 parts Kiss to 1 part Cake Vodka. Add sprinkles to the rim for that extra special birthday touch!

Key Largo Kiss – One sip and you’ll think you’re on the beach with your toes in the sand! 1 part Key Lime Vodka to 3 parts Kiss and a splash of OJ. So refreshing!

Cherry Creek Spritzer – Cherry Vodka, Katie’s Creek and Seltzer “WOW”ed the crowds in Bethlehem!

Simply Sangria – Every picnic needs Sangrias and this one is a definite crowd pleaser! One full bottle of Simply Red added to 1/2 bottle of Pomegranate Peach added to a 1/4 bottle of Fiesta. Don’t forget to throw in some fresh cut fruit too!

Sherbert Martinis – There are so many ways to enjoy these! You can either stick to a martini by adding Sherbert Vodka to Vidal Blanc. Or you can get crazy and add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to it and voila, a fun summertime drink. Our favorite is the cake shot! We love pouring this one over some pound cake! Yummo!

Strawberry Mojito Sangria – A great twist on a Cuban favorite! Combine Vidal Blanc, Passion and lemonlime seltzer with mint & any assortment of fruit! So refreshing on a hot day!

Elderflower White Sangria – We added the unique taste of St. Germaine with seltzer and our White Jade to create this amazing medium dry sangira. Don’t forget to cut up some apples to toss in!

Cherry Cheesecake Martini – One of our most popular wines, Fainting Goat, combined with Cake vodka makes the most delicious Martini! You’ll swear it’s liquid cherry cheesecake with one sip!

Chocolate Covered Caramel Martini – Oh yeah…this one you’re going to want to write down. 2 parts Chocolate Whipped Vodka, 2 parts Caramel Vodka and 2 parts Trio.

PB& J Martini – Peanutbutter Vodka meet Sir Walter’s Red. A match made in heaven. 3 parts SWR and 1 part Peanutbutter Vodka.

Peachy-keen Apple Cider – We added a shot of Peach Schnapps to our Hard Cider and created a bubbly, sweet summertime treat everyone will enjoy!

MD’s Watermelon Sangria – We all know our Michael is fantastic behind the counter in our retail stores but who knew he a genius mixologist as well? He added 3oz. of triple sec and 6oz. of seltzer to our Katie’s Creek, Vidal Blanc for you drier folk, and infused it with fresh watermelon for 4-6 hours. The result? Fabulousness in a glass!

Lemon Basil Strawberry Lemonade – We took 2 bottles of our Vidal Blanc and infused them with basil and lemons for about 2 days. We then added in 3 shots of triple sec and about a half cup of Passion. This is a really refreshing and unique way to enjoy our wines in the summertime!

Apple Sangria – Take a bottle of our Hard Cider and add in some Fiesta, about 2 shots and add in some fresh fruit!

Strawberry Lemonade – 4 parts Passion to 1 part Limoncello=100% fantastic!
